3rd Day DIET ATKIN

Hai uoolss! Today is my third day on dieting. Alhamdulillah, everything went well. Early in the morning, I've my exercise, joging + aerobic. Feeling great. But in the evening, I feel tired. After had my meal, I got my energy back. So check it out my meals for today;

Pagi : Telur separuh masak + teh hijau
Tengahari : Sup telur
Petang : Teh hijau + halia
Malam : Sayur kangkung

Yeay!!! Looking for another 4 days! Wish me luck!
